What You'll Do
As a
Remote Client Relationship Specialist , your primary focus will be creating a positive client experience while helping individuals and families understand available benefit options.
Client Relationships & Service
Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and phone appointments
Connect with individuals and families seeking information regarding available benefits
Build trust through professional, personalized communication
Ask questions to understand each client's needs and priorities
Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options
Answer questions clearly and professionally
Assist clients throughout the application and enrollment process
Provide ongoing service and follow-up
Maintain accurate digital client records and documentation
Develop long-term client relationships through consistent service
